Accessibility
Wheelchairs are available from the Royalty Crossing Administration Office by calling 902.800.2040. In addition to visiting the office, you can call us in advance of your arrival and we would be happy to meet you at one of our centre entrances.
Parking
We have up to more than 1,400 complimentary parking spaces with easy access to both enter and exit our centre parking areas. We also have designated accessibility parking spaces in addition to spaces designated for expecting mothers and parents with young children, all located near each of our main entrances.
Lost & Found
Our Lost & Found is located in our Royalty Crossing Administration Office (located on the 2nd floor above Dollarama with new exterior entrance available from the side facing University Avenue), where we both accept found items, and register lost items.
Wi-Fi
Complimentary Wi-Fi service is available throughout the centre - ‘Royalty Crossing Guest’
AED Machines
There are two Automated External Defibrillator machines located in the centre - one in the food hall seating area, and one in the main atrium in front of Pseudio.

The following activities are not permitted:
- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the center and within 6 meters (20 feet) of all property entrances and exits.
- The consumption of cannabis by any means (including smoking and vaping) is not permitted anywhere on the property, both inside and outdoors.
- Actions which discriminate based on race, religion, nationality, gender, age, marital status, sexual orientation or disability, including defamatory, threatening, harmful, or offensive language.
- Soliciting or canvassing is strictly prohibited. Any distribution of materials, for any purpose, must first be approved by property management and with their exclusive permission.
- Congregating in groups which may interfere with mall operations and loitering, including the extended use of seating areas provided for the comfort of all visitors.
- Proper behaviour is required. Engaging in any disruptive behaviour which may interfere with the enjoyment or function of the mall; including but not limited to, running, horseplay, fighting, using profanities, mischief, vandalism, or the indoor use of bicycles, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards or rollerblades.
- We welcome service animals in the company of and trained to assist patrons with disabilities. No animals are to be left unattended.
- Shoes and proper attire must always be worn. Wearing items which conceal an individual’s identity are not permitted. Motorcycle helmets should be removed before entering the mall.
- No vehicles are to be left on the property without prior permission from the property management.
- Possession of weapons, real or assumed, are strictly prohibited.
- Improper use or destruction of mall property such as seating, customer service booth, amusements, and way finders.
- Access to restricted areas without prior management permission.
- Wi-fi usage for nefarious, malicious, or fraudulent purposes, or which violates applicable laws.
- Photographing or videotaping the interior or exterior of the mall without explicit permission from property management.
To allow us to better serve our guests, video surveillance in the mall and parking areas are used at this property. To ensure your privacy, such technologies and data collection are not available to the public. For more information, please contact Mall Management.
The Royalty Crossing Mall and associated buildings in their entirety are privately owned. Members of the public are welcome during posted business hours and agree to follow our Code of Conduct as stated.
